The calorie to protein amount is super good. I also love the fact that this is very low in carbs. It's hard to find whey protein that low.

Buy and enjoy. You will not be disappointed. Will continue to be a repeat customer as long as the price stays reasonable. Recommend this to anyone looking for a great protein.

Apparently my last review got deleted due to blunt honesty. It is to the point where i feel nauseous after drinking a shake.

The strawberry flavor is horrifically artificial. Taste is really bad, and texture is not great either--its gritty, like drinking sand water.

The scooper is about 48-52grams per scoop. They just clump at the bottom.

Ive taken many proteins all with similar results but this one is significantly cheaper

I also found it mixes in better with water than milk something may want to keep in mind but overall would probably mix better in a blender
