Pros
Grams of protein per serving (a nice amount) with all of the added other benefits gives you a great protein shake to have pre or post workout. Toasted cinnamon bun is to die for!
Great basic protein for the casual gym goer. Can't beat the price, keep an eye out for coupons, got mine for 40% off. Animals products are amazing because there is no garbage in them either.
Cons
The powder is full of these hard, little, round brown pellets that do not dissolve when wet. There's maybe 5 brownie bits in the entire tub. They just clump at the bottom.

You dont even need a shaker cup just any bottle with a lid and shake it up there will be no lumps
