However i had a major jaw surgery back in 2014 and ive had issues with swallowing pills since so working through the og animal packs is a 10 minute ordeal every day

When i discovered i could get the same nutritional value in a powder i was cautiously optimistic

Im super happy with the powder the first day i took it i mixed it in with a 20oz bottle of water that was a mistake my stomach did not take kindly to that it felt heavy and not so great

That worked out much better even if i immediately follow it with 16oz of plain water it doesnt give me that heavy feeling i got chugging it down in 20oz like i did the first day

The thing i didnt like about this product is that it didnt dissolve easily so i had shake it before each drink the taste is a little too strong the after taste is pretty terrible and it made it a bit unpleasant to drink my vitamins daily not sure if thats for all flavors but i probably wont pay to try another flavor to find out
