The 32 gig is ok for most documents and music not so much for video especially hd files

I gave this four stars because whoever wrote the instructions did not have english as their first language and the instructions did not always reflect what your screan would show or thecorrect action to take

I was able to figure out how to back up my contacts and photos but was a little disappointed that i could not back up pdf files i wanted to save

While this device has a metal casing that swivels to cover one end i was also disappointed that this device did not have a cap to cover the exposed connector when not in use

Otherwise this seemed to be a pretty neat device and it is the first one i’ve tried that had a phone connector
