For $7, this is possibly the finest tool i've ever bought. This little baby takes the hassle completely out of the equation.
Westonetek saves 3 operations and saves about 20 seconds. It adjusts so you strip cat5, 5e, 6 jackets perfectly. You can avoid the step of pulling the nylon cord and striping back the outer jacket for safety.
Cons
Use gingerly. Bought this item strictly for cable jacket circumference cutting. The screw adjustment is difficult to move to change the infinite cutter level.

Having read the instructions i gave it a go and marveled at how neat it stripped the insulation from cat5 cable and cut it to length too

It cuts both the outer an inner layer for the very end to expose the wire in the center and separately cuts the outer shell to expose only the shielding that you fold back to put the connector
