I can't say enough good about Drylok masonry paint. My foundation was looking tired. I ground out the bad mortar and old masonry paint with an angle grinder, repaired with masonry filler, then painted with Drylok. I watched the guy who repaired my chimney roll it on with a thick nap roller, so I did the same. One gallon almost put a coat on 48 feet of 4 foot high foundation. It was easy and quick to apply. Just mask the areas where you don't want it or it will stick and be impossible to get off when dry. The next day, I went over the thin spots. Foundation now looks like new and is a plus instead of a minus. By the way, it goes on over dry masonry. No need to preset. You can also texture it with a stiff bristle brush. And it will fill small cracks and holes. I used a big masonry brush near the ground. They say it is tintable too. I'm going to see if I can get some of the buttercup color to paint the block in my garage to match the sheetrock that I had painted a creamy yellow, then paint the floor with Drylok floor paint, which they say dries in four hours. Instead of my garage looking like a garage, it will then look like a room and be good for all kinds of purposes.   Read Less
