Pros

Charger is small and light enough i could put it in a saddle bag or on a cargo rack to charge at my destination. The pack works as advertised and the bike zips with the 48v/1000w hub kit.

Case is decent, but i had to butcher it to fit my huffy nighthawk. Good idea for a battery this large. Only gripe i have is that my bike rack uses the center of the frame to hold it in.

Some people say the plastic breaks easy but it doesn't, it depends if you strap it on the bike properly or not if it'll start to break. The power cable is also durable. No cracks at all. Just some scrap marks.

This is the kind of customer service that all companies should inherit. Customer service is outstanding. Shipping is fast too.

Cons

Upp needs somebody stateside. For the price i was really let down. Wasted almost $400 on this battery.

The back bracket is the worst the last inch snapped today going over railroad tracks at low speed. Charger broke after a few weeks, battery is definitely not like other 52volt bike i’ve ridden. This item is useless and broken and needs to be replaced ... Read More

4v with 30amp load on 50amp bms isn't stellar but the ah range is in line.

One other complaint is 2-5 day shipping in the title when mine took 6 days to arrive.

My bike came with a 48v 23ah battery, this battery completely changed my bike.

Married this up with a 3000w rear hub motor and have reached 54 mph in 4th, and the hub motor has 5 speeds!

Bought a cheapy and wasted 100 bucks.

I got a 2000w direct drive motor with a 40 amp controller.
