Pros

It's a part of my nightly routine and has helped me tremendously. It's not overpowering, so i fall into what feels like a natural sleep. No hangover. Needless to say, it takes a while for me to settle my mind at night.

For me it is amazing. I take it about an hour before i go to sleep and it works within that hour. They say no side effects but i never felt like this before the pills.

Cons

The company says don't use them regularly, and no more that 2 weeks in a row. Maybe it helps with inducing sleeping but under no circumstances, it maintains the sleep.
