Pros
Unisom pm pain is awesome- relieves pain and helps you fall asleep. I prefer the unisom melts, but these do work, not as well imo.
Cons
Not greatly. For example, a lot of my friends say that melatonin doesn't work for them at all. Regular unisom works better.
