Reminds me of fixing a flat tire but on a ball. Just remove the white cap from the needle-like nose of the syringe, insert it into the ball, add air to the ball and then play with the ball for 5 minutes.

However my daughters nike soccer ball had a small hole from a thorn and i didnt want to shell out to replace it
