We are only a household of two, so here we are 2 years later and this rug is still clean and holding up well. I love the thickness of this rug, and it feels like its going to be sturdy and long last in a high traffic area.

It does initially have a smell that needs time to air out

It does have like this weird stickiness to it if u find yourself on your hands and knees attempting to straighten it out left a strange invisible residue or stickiness on my hands which easily washed away with soap and water
