I love the rugs however my second one came damaged with snags all over the backside and i am worried about it unraveling but to try to return the item as it was shipped in a plastic bag which i threw away it almost impossible

I can’t be too upset considering this is a cheap rug at a cheap price

Flip it over and you see a lot of the threads bunched up as if there was a problem with manufacturing
