Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

These are really sturdy, great fitting replacement caps for my canon lenses. They fit perfectly on lenses that (in my case) have the 77mm front lens. These clip and unclip easily, yet once in place, remain in place.

Camera cover attaches with expanding plastic contacts. Flat elastic loop attaches pretty securely to the barrel of the lens.

Cons

Either those are fake reviews or their manufacturing process is extremely inconsistent. Very disappointed in these. The label says, made in china. But clearly these are made in a factory with workers who aren’t getting paid enough to care.

This product is worthless for its intended use. The actual leash is worthless. Sending it back is the worst value for money possible. Because of the low cost of this product, returning it is not worth my time.

It's no accident that they send out their product without attaching the rubber band. Even they can't seem to attach them, so they leave it up to you to do it.

The thin portion of the lanyard that goes through the cap is literally just monofilament line covered in some black material. The metal cord sticks out and shines on all the three caps i threaded.

The camera cover and elastic lanyard are great in general however i have a concern that the lanyard will degrade and loosen over time

Another failing is the hole in the front where the lanyard string goes through

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Its very small and it goes into a right angle pocket that you just cant fish things out of

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

If the hole was at an angle or the whole area was more contoured it would be much better to use

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

As is i had to use some thread to thread the lanyard end in and it took multiple tries and a special needle

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Retention cord a great idea lost my original cap might not have with cord one problem you have to push the tiny cord through a very tiny hole to attach it to lens cap

They do provide a pin to assist

However youll need a magnifying glass and patience
