These are a great cheaper alternative to heavier adjustable dumbells. The weight seems a bit different, though, compared to weight restricted these feel slightly heavier. This is a pretty good adjustable dumbbell set.

They are easy to assemble and use and change the plates on. The * that spin on to each side hold them weight nicely.

Only draw back was it took a while to receive the product

The handlebar is a tad long so if you are using less weight you will have to deal with the ends of the handle sticking out

They have plates with the number on them and the numbers means pounds actually

Glad that i purchased these well put together and the price is right

Price is higher than desired but great for accessory liftsmovements easy to assemble and the screw on clips are solid
