It turns out that some of the lightbulbs i was trying to use wouldn’t allow for them to make a connection because the light holder is rather high

Only appliance lightbulbs will work or the old style lightbulbs if you can find them at 40 watts or less

Blow molds are scarce to non existent in brick and mortar stores these days and are usually sold for inflated prices and inflated shipping online but this one was close to reasonable so i bought it

I had a problem at first because there were no instructions that described the type of bulb that was needed other than being no more than 40 watt

At first the bulbs i selected were all too wide and although the bulb would screw in they would only screw in partially and wouldnt light
