Check out repair videos available on the internet for your model ipad and i recommend watching a couple of them as the procedures are slightly different

In the end it wasnt that hard to perform the screen replacement just patience and a little heat i used a heat gun but a hair dryer would probably work

Note that with this kit you will not be trying to retain old the power button and its cable as a new assembly is provided so disregard this step if the video covers that
