Wifi is very stable and does not drop. It is great that they provided a poe injector, but that is one more thing i would have to plugin in my already overpopulated surge protected. Ppoe to reduce cables.
This ac model is 3x3 mimo with throughput up to 450mb/s. Ghz and three 5ghz. Indoor/outdoor airmax 8dbi cpe.
Cons
The totality of my experience good performance, poor reliability, zero technical support, very tedious rma form to fill out for a return. Is this safe? Look elsewhere. This thing is a dud.
It still mystifies me why most people seem to be fine with being required to send an email and wait hours or days for a response. There is no mobile app for ios or android for controller setup as these ap's get there firmware from the controller pc. C... Read More
The more usage the device sees the louder the noise becomes. Power fluctuates constantly. Unit flashes steady yellow.
Even correcting for the developer sloppiness is insufficient to get it to operate. It requires java be installed and once you install it, your stuck with controlling it on that machine.

Anyhow it covers 1 acre of my property for half the price of other models love it

At first i did not know how to configure this unit as a stand alone ap since it came with no instructions on how to do that but after googling my issue i found that it is easy to do just download the cell phone app and it will do the work for you just follow the instructions within the app
