Pros
Used for rain proofing on flat roof. Ideal for gutters and piping which flexis. Did the job perfectly will be tested with next rainfall.
Wearing gloves is a must as it sticks to everything. Once stuck, though, it's very good.
Cons
Half of the barrel was lost due to leakage. Poor adhesive quality. Waste of money.

It remains gungy flexible and messy the point is that it stops water

Typical use would be to seal a piece of guttering with a broken clip that you cant renew

Place a bead in the joint then if its black guttering a bead on every joint you can see
