Tricky but i just stuck it together and then pulled it up from my feet to my tummy

White is not a very clever colour mine got so discoloured but it was under my clothes so i didnt mind

However its probably better after the first six weeks have gone past because its much more flexible than other girdles like the belly bandit and doesnt seem to hold you in as much
