Pros
It fit perfectly and had just the right amount of flair for the puffiness of the dress. Used it on a dress making mannequin and turned her into a christmas tree. The only questionable part of this costume choice was the trip to the porta-potty.
I love this hoop skirt slip! I'm 5'7 and it touches the ground when worn at the hips. Don't let the sizing deter you from getting this if you're plus size. Would also recommend a petite size for shorter women.
Cons
This item is plastic, can't tie to size and can notice the rings through dress. Very disappointed to say the least.
