Underberg really does work as stomach-settler and palate-cleanser, and i suspect also as a drink-enabler. Intense taste but cures stomach problems/nausea instantly.
The flavor of underberg is difficult to describe, but think a jagermeister and amaro blend. It can be used for any alcoholic beverage that requires bitters, or to make a quick and dirty gingerale when mixed with sprite.

The description of 2 oz is deceptive, it implies the bottles are 2 oz. This retails for 5.
