Absolutely love these but i wait for them to go on sale - i have a 28/29 waist and wear size 10 in these - so they run small but at least that will give others an idea of sizing .

Of course, if you're out in the rain for a long period, your thighs will start to get wet because they are water resistant, not water proof.
