Pros
Took 10 minutes to mount and wire. Cable is long but that’s a good thing gives you options on placement. Has a long cord and all mounting hardware. Seems like a great product. Took some fiddling.
Swivel mount lets you twist and aim the panel in just about every way imaginable. Soooooo much easier than having to pull out the screw and recharge ever 6 weeks or so. Just got this yesterday and plugged it in last night.
This solar panel seems to be working well for the amount of sun it receives each day. Charges fast, even when not in direct sunlight. My location is south facing and has sun all day so this should be maintained near 100% when sunny.
Cons
The cable connector is loose, so that may be the problem. Can’t get a message to seller. The solar panel itself and the cable are great but the connector to the ring is so flimsy and weak it broke off.

The hassle of worrying about the battery died is no longer there with this product
However it appears to be easily rendered useless with improper pressure applied if needing to detach it

This is good price for ring solar charger
Not a deal breaker but only time will tell if adverse weather affects it

As shown in the picture had to fold the flat part of the wire up in order to mount it back on the case that came with doorbell

Although i believed the wire was of sufficient length to properly run it hidden it was a wee bit short and almost touching the lower entry side of my storm door

Having said that i had moved my ring 3 twice prior to and was not fooling with it again

I chose to plug in at 90 battery instead of testing it at a lower percentage

The only oddity the ring did not recognize this solar unit as being attached per the device health display but that is noted on the product page

Didnt actually think this would perform the job of keeping the ring doorbell charged
