Our first owl pellet contained one rather large skeleton which we were able to line up on the image of a skeleton printed in the instruction manual see picture

The gloves were thin and too large so i used my own nitrile gloves

They owls swallow their prey and the parts like bones and feathers that can not be digested are compacted into pellets and eventually ejected
