The wand is super handy not having to deal with a cord. takes a while to charge. Only thing i'd change is the battery life.

The battery is faulty with this cordless style. It takes forever to fully charge, and it only works for about 20 minutes. Even with the replacement the battery lasts only 30 minutes.

Quality is it snags and rips out hair with every swipe. The plates pull my hair instead of gliding through it.

Very easy to use and no cord getting tangled up

It heats up great and works well without having a pesky cord in the way during use

Be sure to let it charge overnight before using it the first time or it won’t hold a charge

Unfortunately my hair slides right through it it’s almost impossible to get a good grip and turn for some curl
