Pros
It comes vacuum packed - nothing new there - and once it fills out it is good to go.
As a side sleeper, it is just right as it is. Works very well for sleeping on your sides since the shape allows your head to fit into the dent of the pillow.
Cool touch cover stops me overheating and the support is amazing. It is supportive but still soft and cushioning. I suffer with fibromyalgia and this really helps me avoid neck pain.
Cons
The external pillow cases appear good quality but they hide the cheap foam inside, which squash to virtually nothing when you rest your head on them. Hurts my ears terribly and just extremely uncomfortable. Impossible to sleep.

After 1 year quality go down from 1010 to 810 propably in next year i will buy next one if i find this same

Its not the standard pillow size which does mean its impossible to buy a pillow case that fits it which is a little frustrating

The pillow has a strong scent to it which apparently dissipates after a few days according to the product information here
