Pros
The cable feels strong and well insulated. This cable is much thicker than most cables, something you usually have to pay a premium for. It is heavier duty than most of the competition.
The plugs appear robust and well made and being bright blue is easy to identify amongst the wire spaghetti behind my computer. Nice firm connections. Colour is pretty decent too.
Cons
Worked occasionally with usb 2 devices. Never recognised a usb 3. The cable is too bulky. It's obviously faulty and was returned!

I've not checked its charging power (other than, for this review, to briefly connect a e-cig battery charger to confirm it provides power).
