Pros
Food comes out so flavourful and moist. Food takes half the time to cook compared to the oven, and it turns out twice as crispy/tender. I have a whole platter of appetizers cooked in 8 mins.
The customer service is fantastic! The replacement works great. Works quite well and saves me so much time.
It’s soooo easy to clean, even melted cheese that dried came right out. It is so insanely easy to use. Easy to clean non stick surfaces.
Cons
It takes 20-30 minutes to cook 20 french fries. No longer works, lasted about 6 months in total. It's a rip off. Cut up the potatoes and put them in your oven for 30 minutes and get the same result. Do not buy.
It leaks oily mess out of vents on the bottom on to the counter. Leaks oily mess through vents. Is so noisy and if it is keep plugged without using it it will make an annoying noise.

I purchased that unit solely based on the larger tray size had to return a similar insignia unit that was recalled but it turns out that the actual size of the tray is much smaller than expected
