Pros

In 5-10 minutes perfect nuggets, fries, egg rolls or even fried plantains. Steak and pork chop both very tender and moist inside. Only negative is the required cooking tray insert.

This air fryer is like a limb to me. I am very pleased with the customer service i received, and i am really hoping that maybe my unit was just defective.

Cons

Two dials, one cord, wall outlet, no discernible reason for its failure. Went out to flip the breaker and no breakers are lit up.

Air fryer has a overwhelming plastic or petroleum byproduct smell. The basket appears to be made of a teflon like coated metal. It doesn't fry food.

Take this off amazon. Shop elsewhere. Looking to buy another brand now. Was thinking about asking for a new pan at least but not even worth it.
