Pros

This product is worth recommending. Ultrean is definitely a company of high integrity! Other than that a great purchase.

It heats up quickly and the temperature seems consistent. The temp gauge and timer is a big plus.

It cooks so quickly, is easy to clean, and cooks everything without the grease and mess of the oven/stove. Other than the appearance and some defects to the nonstick, it works well and i use it every day.

It comes with several preprogrammed options which i haven't used yet. Lots of presets. Takes a bit of effort to figure out the interface.

Really nice dehydrator. I still use my nesco when i have a lot of stuff to dehydrate, but this ultrean is so much more efficient.
