Pros
Quality product and quality packaging. Unit performs as expected. Worth every penny.
Temperature sensor turns the uv back on when the water is cold. Make sure to use a sediment and charcoal filter before the uv filter to provide cleanest water output. Water was clear before the mold problem appeared.
Got it today. Works as advertised. See photo. It works perfectly.
Product and seller are great! Fast shipping and good packing. Great customer service.
Some negative reviews complain about the ballast failing. If that occurs, it is easy enough to carefully slice them off with a razor blade. Then you can clean the quartz tube and evaluate if you want to reuse or replace it.
Cons
Don't buy. When you go to tighten them the glass sleeve will shatter. Fyi, my husband knows what hes doing and still couldn't get it to work properly.

Unfortunately on the wayto put the glass sleeve in it broke
Caution when putting in the clear glass quartz tube

Contacted customer service and they emailed by the next morning and said they were replacing the bulb and sending an extra within the next 5 days i should receive them

I had a problem with a small crack in the quartz tube and there was a tiny leak that got inside the tube wetting the bulb
