Pros & Cons
Pros
This is a sturdy knife that is very sharp and pleasantly ergonomic. Sturdy and great price. The blade stays sharp and it cuts better than any knife i've ever owned.
Curved shape really lends itself to prepping vegies & meats. Lifesaver with butchering several chickens. Did a great job slicing.
It seems very professionally made and it feels great in my hand. The grip is so good and it cuts really sharp. I hone before and after each use.
Cons
Does not work on beef or lamb or pork bones or on a whole chicken. I want to return but since i’ve used them i dint it’s an option.

Dont waste your time or money with the number 1 selling drag your knife blade through sharpener they dont work
I was trying to clean it and with the slightest motion of the sponge my thumb slipped onto the blade

Dont know how it would hold up in a professional setting were it would be used all day everyday i think the steel might be a little light in the hardness department to hold an edge for that kind of demanding work
