I found it easy enough to use but it is just making sure you use it enough as it’s not the sort of thing that you can use and then forget about it for a few weeks and start again and then hope to see results

Any element on its own will not yield results and this machine is no different

According to the instructions you can also use it on your face although i find that its too big and unwieldy for that

Ive had previous machines the gel gets into the port port is close to head and makes it obsolete and youve got to chuck the machine
