Pros

Each time i push the lap button, the top display indicates my new lap time, and increases the lap number by one.

There are some stopwatches out there that will do some specialized things, but this one will suit the needs of most people. Replaced a bunch of cheaper stopw watches.

Lightweight and fits comfortably in my hand. The stopwatch feels well built and sturdy.

The * seem solid, they beep each time you push them. The backlight is invaluable if it's twilight or dark. The * have a very solid feel with a slight tactile click. The display is big and * work great.

Cons

The night glow is so weak you can't see anything. It just blurs the numbers. Does not reset.
