Pros
This works pleasantly and quickly. The taste is not bad somewhat sweet & kind of tastes like prune juice. Needless to say, i am a believer in these drops.
One dose is enough for me. My mind remains calm and sleep comes quickly when i shut my kindle. Over the counter sleep aids, melatonin, etc. Even prescription ambien works faster and is used about 30 minutes before going to bed.
Cons
The liquid is a brown-black, opaque color and stains the dropper which apparently made of a cheap plastic. It didn't do nothing sleep wise, i'm better off with melatonin, i'd rather wake groggy than wishing to die.

I can honestly say its not for me it only put me in rem sleep i was laying there going in and out of sleep no real sleep at all

Don’t expect it to smell great it doesn’t and that’s ok it’s not supposed to be perfume
