Pros
This is the best valerian root i could find through my research. Sleeping deeper and waking up naturally and refreshed. Only caveat is that my dreams have become very lucid.
The capsule is small and easy to *. I haven't noticed an objectionable odor. I also love that you only have to take one capsule for it to be effective.
Cons
Tried one tonight about 1 1/2 before bed and didnt feel remotely sleepy. I was taking a drugstore dosage that recommends 4 pills, this brand recommends only 1.
The smell of valerian root is unmistakable. It smells like stinky socks lol. The entire bottle reeks of apple cider vinegar.
