Its light but fast and great for doubleunders
She found it very fast and was able to do double unders
But for me it was a bit fast so i had to tweak my style until i got the hang of it and wasnt hitting my head because i wasnt fast enough
This package was sent in a shipping box with other items packed in bubble wrap to protect the items

It was the perfect length for me right out of the box i am 61
The cable is exactly that sturdy wire cable with a protective plastic coating
Good news is that is has a metal cable under the plastic coating

Its adjustable to your height and then you just need to cut the remaining cable so it doesnt get it the way

That and the handle slides down the wire at times when i set it down i wish that part locked up to the rope as well
