Pros
The company's customer service is also top notch. I appreciate the availability of their customer support representative who answered my questions. Love it.
Fits snug in my shoe but no issues. Works with my shoes and hiking boots, but not my taller boots. In the xl size, the velcro straps could be longer. I'm waiting on the second smaller strap to come in which i prefer for a better tighter for.
Cons
The company warns about a break-in period but that period never comes to fruition. Going cheap, especially on major injuries, isn't good. It needs more padding directly over the ankle bone, and the top of the foot. Fruition.
