Two adjustable fabric straps attach to the shoulder pad with a clever snap-lock connector on one end and a sturdy black metal spring-loaded connector on the other. Only minimal gripe is that i wish it was a pinch more rigid.

Cons
Two of my straps ripped at the point were the neoprene meets the cordura strap buckle (bad stitching) it's really not sturdy enough to be a laptop/briefcase strap. Adjustability is not very good as i could not make it as short as i wanted.

Don’t feel any pressure spots and seems well made and sturdy
The poly strap is thin yet strong with a welldesigned flexible and stretchable shoulder pad that feels very comfortable on my shoulder
Peripherals and with the weight the lowquality strap that comes with the dell bag feels heavy and uncomfortable on my shoulder
The strap that came with the bottle was very cheap and snapped after a couple days

It is a little bit expensive for just a strap bu so far i am very happy with it

Also when i get sweaty i went to asia in the summer the strap absorbs the sweat which is kind of gross

It is very well made cushioned in just the right places and even is slightly 34grippy34 on the underneath side to keep it from sliding around but not so grippy that it was sticky and wouldnt budge
