What keeps it from getting 5 stars is the yoke is pretty flimsy and the attachment screws will need a couple of washers to hold the light tight against the yoke

I would do this in any caseas i program each head in my lighting rig individually so i do not see this as a problem

Another plus if you plan on laying these directly on the floor is the 4 rubber feet areattached by screws not just stuck on with adhesive
