Becomes uncomfortable after a while just what i wanted works well just perfect very tight fit and get very sweaty to small i could not do without this belt been wearing it for support when helping my daughter who is disabled to get ready in the morning and it lets just the right amount of heat without burning you and gives you support were you need it l am in no pain happy with this product not sure if the size is xl bit tight

But very helpful need to use it for longer i think but im a great believer in magnets and know how amazing they are for health benefits so i am really looking forward t
