Unfortunately i could only give 4 out of 5 stars because i never got the dvd that was supposed to come with it and i found it difficult to get in contact with the company onlinevia telephone maybe i should post a comment on one of their yt videos

If you are also a body rockzuzana fan and are wondering what equipment to start with i would say that you start with the sandbag followed by the ugi then the dip station
