Pros

It’s honestly awesome. My only regret is that i didn't buy more when it was cheap. All in all, a great product.

It is a slightly fruity, enjoyable alternative to the usual chocolate/vanilla staples that i buy.

Almond milk-water-sprinkled over icecream-added to brownie mix.

But it is still low in carbs. I suggest just one scoop at 30 grams a day.

Cons

Product is more of a raspberry cream. Contains arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead. No cardamom flavor in the whey.

I mix it in with my coffee and it does a pretty good job of mixing if i first mix it with the milk

Just please stop with the packing peanuts if you are reading this they are terrible and get stuck to everything

But for 30 bucks a five pound container is well worth the price
