I purchased this item mainly because of the reviews and it was also the type of equipment i wanted to get rid of middleage spread the only negative thing that i can say about this i am 73 years old and the resistant bands are very weak even when you have them on the maximumso if you are a young person i deal for a work out but you would have to get stronger bands
