Part 25 is the pin that goes in part 22 and 23 before those two parts are pressed together

I never found out where this goes and i guess it doesnt matter as the adult toy works just fine

We did break one during assembly but it worked out because later in the process there is need for one to be cut short

We used a candle and rubbed it on the toothpicks before installation from that point on didnt realize instruction meant to wax before installing thought it meant to wax after our mistake and after that it worked flawless

The toothpick axels seem to be the problem for most of the negative reviews

Instructions were good though there was one piece that had to be flipped rather than rotated that gave me a good 5 minutes of frustration
