I think it fits i got bottom and top to snap on unlike the previous 16 inch a2141 case i returned

After a year of use two of the circular pads on the bottom fell off and left the residue that was under them on the case and the siding on the left started to come off

The top half fits perfect but the bottom doesnt fit snug and is hard to put on 13 mac book pro
