The chrome coating is fine it all snapped together fine it feels like it would be okay as a lightweight food storage rack or to hold pots equipment in a residential kitchen as a makeshift bakers rack but if the standard chrome intermetro wire shelf were a 9 then this would be a 4 or 5

I bought a few shelves from costco that are not intermetro brand but that are nearly 100 just as good in terms of similarlyheavyduty metal gauge and fit and finish and i thought this rack would be the same but it is absolutely not

Unit came with a few already bent pieces was difficult to assemble and is wobbly once in place
