The first manometer didnt work but the replacement worked fine i was able to check out our furnace pressure switch

This device although expensive worked quickly and gave readings that appeared to be resonable but i had no way of verifying the accuracy

The only other way to measure pressures in the hvac unit was to build a manomoeter with tubing and that would have been unwieldy to use and hook up to the components

The dryer had been working great for over 5 years and suddenly stopped heating
