Both work exactly as expected from a pci card with directly attached antennae when the pc is shoved in the farthest corner under the desk dbluetooth connectivity is decent and only way i had trouble with it was when trying an insider windows 10 build it had trouble reconnecting to bt keyboard and mouse at the same time after waking up and kept forgetting the keyboard has a fingerprint scanner id blame that on the preview version of windows though as on release builds this never happened

All of them are taken by front panel ports or you have a branded desktop that simply lacks it tough luck and no bt for you then

Never seen a card on the market though that had this implemented so these issues are not specific to this card only

Currently bt antenna is completely inside the pc shielded by the case and wifi antennae are usually stuck in a whole bunch of cables you would have connected to the back of your pc
