Pros
The unifi equipment from ubiquiti is untouched on the market for good reason, it is just the best. This is a solid, dependable switch and has given no issues for the last few months. The gear is heavy, well built and can be fixed on a wall.
I use the poe ports to power my cloud key and three flex mini switches throughout the house. I have it supplying power to my ip phone, access point and raspberry pi. If you have poe devices then this is the switch for you.

Integrates nicely with the rest of my ubiquiti devices
I would consider ubiquiti to be a prosumer grade of product
Competitiveness
I already had a ubiquiti edge router so i simply plugged these in acquired them and some simple configuration to get up and running
With properly configured controller all my ubiquiti products including this switch work like magic
A lot of people say ubiquiti products are difficult to discover on the network

My only concern with this unit is that it runs superhot too hot to comfortably hold

Absolutely do not block the vents or install it in an equipment closetcupboard where you have limited airflow or your unit probably wont last that long
